The Olympics has brought us the greatest sporting moments of 2012, showcasing our incredible British Olympians – Especially Hounslow local Mo Farah who shook the world by taking Gold in both 5,000 and 10,000 meter race.
In the build-up to the greatest sporting event of the Millenium Miravue Skin Clinic cheered on the Olympic flame as it passed through Southall and Ealing.
Support for the Olympics has been huge all over the UK and Southall was no different, with thousands of people spilling out into the roads to watch the passage of the flame.
It was a party right on our doorstop and we had to wrestle with the crowds to get a snap of the flame!
Miravue was there with our trusty sun screen making sure people we’re protecting themselves from the intense heat.
The atmosphere during the passage of the flame, and throughout the Olympic games, was absolutely incredible, and will hopefully stay with us forever.
It has been truly amazing to see a whole nation unite behind just a handful of elite team GB atheletes; helping them achieve a record haul of medals and putting a smile on everyones face.
