1. This promotion is open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Miravue Skin Clinic, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3. This promotion is exclusively available in Miravue Skin Clinic, not valid online.
4. Promotional period – 13th June 2016 to 26th June 2016 (inclusive).
Redeeming the promotional offer:
a) The promotion entitles you to a value of £50 off single and courses of treatments when spending £250 or more on treatments in a single transaction.
b) The promotion is only valid on all price list items classed as a treatment and is valid on both single and courses of treatments.
c) The promotion excludes consultation fees, diagnostics, prescription charges, physio treatments and retail products.
d) The minimum spend of £250 must be made within a single transaction and will not apply to treatments being paid in instalments.
e) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
5. Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required to re-book or cancel an appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in the loss of a treatment.
6. Consultation details:
a) The consultation is free of charge if it is performed by a Laser Practitioner at Miravue Skin Clinic.
b) Where a doctor’s consultation is required, the client will be responsible for paying in full for the consultation.
7. Appointment deposit details:
a) If the appointment is with a nurse or therapist a deposit of £25 may be required at time of booking.
b) If the appointment is with a doctor, a deposit of £50 is required at time of booking.
c) All deposits will be fully refunded against the cost of your treatment.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.
9. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
